About Hudson Forestry

Hudson Forestry was created by Ben Hudson in 1996 to offer forestry consulting services to private woodland owners in the Upper Valley region along the Connecticut River.

Ben provides woodland owners with over 33 years experience in the natural resource fields.  Areas of experience include landscape nursery production, commercial apple orchard maintenance, timberland investment forester and private forestry consulting.

The mission of Hudson Forestry is to provide woodland owners an environmentally conscious integrated alternative to tradition forest management through a woodscape design process.  The focus of Ben's woodscape designs is on working with native communities to add long-term value through the enhancement of quality timber production, wildlife habitat,  recreation and aesthetics.

Ben Hudson provides leadership for the following local conservation organizations and encourages woodland owners to use the following internet website links as a resource.
